For a more user-friendly experience the most important pages – at least – should not be far from the landing page. This way users can find the information that they clicked on the page for better, as well as the Google crawler understanding the structure of your page.
To make sure this is the case, you can evaluate the structure of a page with the onpage projects under “Insights”. You can see on which level most of your URLs are and how deep users and the Google crawler have to go to find what they are looking for. Look at the corresponding URLs so you know exactly at what spots you should optimise.
