Mario Dolzer, CEO of Universal Boards GmbH & Co KG seems to want to circumvent the mandatory blockings that Whois-server put on hammering IP-addresses in an unconventional way. heise Security is reporting that sites belonging to Dolzer are giving out software that checks a list of domains at whois-services.
